So this week I spent a morning at the brilliant independent boutique BOHO in Bath.
Their Autumn Winter collection offers a great mix of rich textures of velvet and satin, mixed with practical corduroy and chunky knits. Colours are a mix of deep greens, soft pastels and rich plums and orange, sitting alongside neutral tones. The clothes are perfectly wearable for a laid back, sophisticated style with a hint of luxe.
Winter whites were a winning style for me. I loved these cream barrel shaped jeans. Styled with a simple breton turtle neck, an oversized corduroy coat and chunky biker boots.
The look felt minimal, practical and sophisticated.
The cream aron jumper is back and looks super fresh in a top to toe tonal look with a flash of stripe underneath.
Soft pleated plum cords, felt comfortable and cool. Rolled up and teamed with suede ankle boots and soft mustard print blouse.
THE SATIN SKIRT
The satin skirt will work so hard this season and this forest green is a winning colour. For now team with lightweight t-shirts and trainers, for later team with chunky knits and cord blazers for a high/low sophisticated style that is so easy to wear.
Glitter striped jumper felt flash and fun alongside the cords.
THE CHUNKY NECKLACE
The chunky necklace is the accessory of the season. This mix metal one is a winner and such a fabulous price.
BOHO can be found on Broad Street in Bath and on St Caterines Hill in Frome.
