The graphic tee

Suns out, but I’m not ready to bare all…sorry too cold!. I am ready to add a splash of spring to my wardrobe with a new graphic tee!

I love a graphic tee. Whilst editing my wardrobe this week, I discovered all of mine were tired or stolen by my daughters!

A graphic tee is a great way to funk up a printed skirt, a trouser suit or a tailored pair of trousers.

Style under a blazer and jeans and you’ve a flash of colour. Team with a trousers suit and trainers for a modern polished casual. Give an old maxi or midi skirt a new look and layer under your biker.

Style Tips:

Consider the colours of your Spring Wardrobe and choose one that compliments the prints and tones you wear

Fit: Go for a slim fit - oversized graphic tees are unflattering.

Style: Tuck in your tee - it will make the over all look more polished and flattering on your frame.

Need more shape: Go for a tee with wider shoulders or shoulders pads to create waist.

Want a slogan tee: Choose carefully, everyones reads the slogan before they read you.

Ways to wear:

I’ve picked out my favourite styles mixed with denim, sporty trousers, pleater joggers, printed shorts and old vintage skirts. Styled under long cardigans, shirt dresses, bikers, blazers - so very versatile!

Mango - Love this print - a great colour combination this season.

Fox & Feather - Love the pink & red clash and the slogan.

Zara - Arty colourful and abstract - love it!

Sezane - love it styled with tailored trousers.

Jigsaw - have collaborated with indie artist which I love

Random Happiness - designs inspired by Rave & Club Culture

Gina Potter - such super cool prints.

Kooples - expensive but an ultra cool shape and design

Hush - great tees, ace colours and grown up slogans.

Over Rider - fun, great colour and lovely shape.
